Click on the PDF icon for a version of each Table in Portable Document Format (PDF). You will need the appropriate version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader program to view these files. The program is freely available if you do not already have it. (Please note that the PDF version of each Table repeats the name of each Trust in the right hand column, for ease of viewing on screen - select the 'Shrink to Fit' option in the Print dialog box of the Reader if you want to print out a table on an A4 printer.)
