Notes for B18

In 1994-95 "referral attendances" attendances became "first attendances" and "consultant initiated attendances" became "subsequent attendances".  The change in definition may have a small effect on the figures for 1994-95 and 1995-96.

These figures fall outside the scope of National Statistics.
