Total procedures is the number of imaging and radiological examinations or tests carried out during the year. These include diagnostic tests like x-rays, CT scans, MRI scans and ultrasound. Figures are sub-divided into the different types of test. Figures are submitted annually on form KH12 by each NHS Trust.
