Total Practitioners also includes " Other PMS " doctors ( not shown separately above ) who work in PMS pilots and are the equivalents of Assistants or Salaried Doctors . In 1998 there were 9 and in 1999 there were 42. WTE Practice staff total for 1998 and 1999 does not include WTE Community nurses who are seconded to PMS Pilots , there were 62 WTE and 71 WTE community nurses respectively . These are however included in Total Practice Staff Number .
