Voucher
Scheme
was
introduced
on
1
July
1986.
Under
this
scheme
vouchers
are
issued
to
those
who
would
previously
have
been
eligible
to
receive
NHS
spectacles
,
to
use
towards
buying
their
own
choice
of
spectacles
.
