Figures represent the number of deaths registered in each year.

All rates calculated using 1991 census based estimates, except 1999 and 2001 which are calculated using 2001 census based estimates.

All years have rates for diseases coded by ICD 9, except 1999 and 2001, which are coded by ICD 10.
